A Viable Pension System Post COVID

I was asked to give a keynote address to the annual Investments and Pensions Europe that was scheduled to be in person in Madrid, Spain.

However, due to COVID, the conference had to be  held in a virtual environment. My speech along with 2 charts are attached. 

The title of the speech was; ” A Viable Pension System Post COVID”.

The main items to be discussed were:

1. Eligibility to join a pension plan
2. Pension plan design
3. Management of pension assets and liabilities (i.e. what the pension benefits are worth)
4. Governance of pension plans
5. Impact of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors on pension plans and their investment funds
