Wiley Wolf Welcome
This is the first post on my new website. The idea for a website came out of my blog describing my January, 2020 (literally just before COVID and its resulting lockdowns hit) trip to Kenya in my capacity as the Board Chair for the Edmonton based Foundation of Administrative Justice.
One of my long time friends and high school classmates – going back to September, 1964- is a computer expert with a passion and expertise in designing websites. He suggested that together we should transition from a blog/email blast to a professional looking website.
I thought this was a great idea but was hesitant in jumping into this until he calmed my fears by saying: “You focus on the content and leave the layout and technology to me”.
This is my first posting as a result of the above division of duties.

The objective is to produce 1-2 articles a month of about 600-900 words each. I am aiming for brevity because it forces me to be concise in my wording, and quite frankly, I know you have many demands on your time and I want you to enjoy reading it knowing it has a quick end point.
Each writing will deal with one of the following topics:
- Pension and Investments
- History and Politics
- Organization Management
I only have two asks:
- Feel free to suggest topics you would like discussed or provide comments on what I have written.
- If you pass this on to someone, can you please invite them to subscribe.
The purpose of this initial writing is to let you know that this website exists and if you are interested, give you the opportunity to subscribe.
More extensive content will be provided in the next edition. I can hardly wait to read what I will be saying.
Wishing you and your families a happy, healthy and more normal 2023.
